The Wedding Party - NUNSA’s Version
It was fun galore for NUNSites as one of us tied the nuptial
knot on Friday and Saturday. It was just not a NUNSA WEDDING it was and it is
the most talked about.
The
bride in person is one of our major stakeholders, an honourable in the part
four constituency. Our sources gathered that the groom is an elder brother to
honourable Olawale, representing the part two constituency. No wonder why all
dancing shoes assembled at Emmanuel Anglican Church in Ikoyi Quarters, Ile-
Ife.
The
wedding started at exactly 10am and the church was filled to an overflow. The
Reverend in charge admonished the couple to enjoy love life and live at peace
while teaching them also to overcome challenges.
We
personally could not wait till the service ended as all vehicles in Opa
directed its steering towards Hilton hotels in Obalufe. It was indeed an
organised reception. The master of ceremony cheered everyone perfectly and the
wedding entrance was lit.
The
bridal train made of majority nurses, entertained the guests with interesting
dance steps while other friends followed suit leaving the centre for the couple
to dance through. There was an awesome display of fireworks when the couple got
to the centre stage.
The
food was in five unit course anyone should not carry it over, delicious and
equitably distributed despite the crowd.
The
like band was worth mentioning too. They
forced even the cars parked outside to dance with their melodious “alujo” and
tungba.
We
congratulate the newest couple, Mr. and Mrs. Olawale Oladuwa and pray that god
will continue to hold them strong in love. We are coming back in nine months
time to show you better, how much we love you.
